  • Shredded lettuce

  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)

  • Salsa or hot sauce (optional)


  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for a couple of minutes until it becomes translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
